AI infrastructure, observable.
An AI infrastructure platform providing model deployment, monitoring, and governance for enterprise teams running production LLMs. The brand needs to escape the geometric-shape AI cliche while still feeling current to a developer audience.
The brief
Sentinel is developer infrastructure for AI teams in production. The audience is the platform engineer who has seen ten orchestration tools this year. The mark has to read at favicon size in the product chrome, on the documentation header, in CLI terminal banner output, as a square GitHub organization avatar, and on a conference booth banner at trade-show distance. Cliches to avoid: the hexagon AI default, the orbital-ring blockchain pattern, the literal eye motif that drifts into surveillance branding, the circuit-board pattern that signals 2015 server hardware rather than 2026 AI infrastructure.
Primary mark
Symbol only in Neo-grotesque sans
An abstract sentinel mark, two converging diagonal strokes forming an inverted chevron with a small circular eye-point at the apex, reads as watchful presence without literal eye iconography. Single mark, single weight, single color in primary use. Reference: Linear, Vercel, Anthropic typographic treatments. The construction is deliberate enough to differentiate from the abstract-polygon AI cliche.
