Construction
How The Mesa is built.
The roper is where we started. The Mesa pairs a rounded medium toe with a 1.5 inch walking heel: comfortable enough to drive in, dressed enough for dinner after. Hand-welted construction means it can be resoled twice before the upper retires.

Fit
Sizing and break-in.
Runs true to your Brannock D-width measurement. If you are between sizes, size down a half; the leather will give.
Break-in: Four to six wears for the vamp to take your foot; expect a tighter heel pocket for the first week.
Sizing is named here, on the product page, not in an FAQ. Returns are 30 days on unworn pairs; resole at cost for life.
