Primary care, by Carepath
Care that actually feels like care.
Same primary care provider every visit. Same-week appointments by message or video. Prescriptions, labs, and follow-ups in one place. We work with most major insurance plans and offer self-pay if that's easier.

How it works
Three steps. The first one takes about ten minutes.

Tell us where you are
A short intake, written like a conversation. Not a form. Ten minutes the first time, three minutes after that.

Match with a primary doctor
We pair you with a board-certified primary care provider who fits your needs. Same provider every visit. They learn you over time.

Care that follows you
Same-week appointments by message or video, prescriptions to your pharmacy, lab orders to a place near you, and one place to see all of it.
What we cover
Most of what a primary care office handles, plus the long relationships that make it work.
We focus on the conditions where ongoing relationship matters more than any single visit. If you need a specialist, we will refer to one we know. If you need urgent care, we will say so.

A story we hear often
“I stopped putting it off.”
I had been carrying a thyroid concern for almost two years without doing anything about it. The intake was the friendliest medical paperwork I have ever filled out. Two days later I was on a video visit with a doctor who kept showing up at the next one and the next one. The labs go to the same Quest I already use. The prescriptions go to my pharmacy. It is the first time primary care has felt like a relationship, not a transaction.
Start with the intake
The first ten minutes is the hardest part.
Drop your email and we will send the intake link. You can start, save, and come back. We do not send promotional email, and we do not sell the list.
For an emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
